Cornell Cooperative Extension supplies researched issues about nutrition, health, and food. There is also an archive of current articles relating to things such as cancer prevention, food, diet, and health. There is an especially informative area of the site in which nutrition experts ask Cornell faculty very practical questions and the answers usually involve things that most people should know. The Cornell staff does an excellent job explaining and providing educated answers to every aspect of each question asked, oftentimes going into specific detail for those interested.
