Day Seven

Shocked.  That is all I can say.  I hit the scale this morning and I under 190 lbs. I weighed in at 189.5 lb.  One more day to go and I have already lost 3.5 lbs. this week!!!!

Here is some of my thoughts.  I like the weighing in twice a day.  I thought I would hate it and it was silly, but it has worked and it works mentally on me.  the idea of the free foods, if I haven't already beaten this into the ground is excellent.  The idea that hunger motivates you to eat the right things as you look to lose weight is a great idea.  I like that you can anything you want, then when you run out of calories, you resort to free foods.  I also like the daily emails I get.  Those are huge to me.  It helps to get one each day.

I wanted to show you what I ate on Friday to give you an idea of the volume that I am eating and losing weight:

Breakfast, 2 eggs, oatmeal, and a banana, snack, then a bean burrito and chips and then an afternoon snack and then dinner and an after dinner snack of popcorn.  I was a little over 1600 DSP calories and I lost weight.  Tonight is going to be tough, we are going over to Patricias for drinks and to play cards.
