Day 10

Alot of things going on, but I wanted to start by saying thank you for the fanmail.  Now, let's get through some random thoughts. 

 I am not to simply write on the number of calories or what I had to eat each day, the sponsors of the site would hate that since I would lose all readership.  I am to write on what I think, what the program offers and doesn't offer and what I feel.  With that, I try to mix it up so it is not boring.

Today I lost another 1/2 lb. for a total of 4 lbs.  My DSP calories yesterday were 1510 and today 1620.  I still have had no real problems, although it is early , I completely understand why Nicky did well, it really is easy and you really have to want to screw up to screw up.

 I haven't talked about my diet coach.  This is the real secret of DSP, you get a diet coach.  Yesterday I got this ecard and Di, my coach wrote:

"If you are hungry at mid day, then save more food for that time.  Address what your body is saying.  Cut out diet products as eat real fruits and veggies as much as possible.  Yes you can have them but as you lose weight learn to eat real food.  Do not fry your foods, use the flash fry idea from the book.  With recipes use the lowest fat and calories as much as possible.  Apple sauce can be sub for oil in some recipes."

I think that Di is great, she stays on me to weigh in, post my weight, and basically be accountable.  I think DSP is really passionate about what they do and Nicky was right, they really know what to do to lose weight.  Tonight I send my personal thanks to Di for helping me to lose this much and hope she sticks with me for the rest of the journey.
