The candy binge caught up to me and I am up .5 lbs today and I feel bloated! Skipped the drive through at white castle and I had only free foods and basics for lunch to get back on track. Got a nice ecard from the gang at DSP but I am missing some of my daily motivational emails, I hope that they are not going to my junk folder but they might.
As far as calories and such, I am still hanging around 1600 calories a day except for yesterday. My food diary review went well, but it was recommended that I eat less single portion foods and more basic foods. The snacktime thing is really great, but I like I can cut it loose now, it needs to be cut off on weekends I think. I will let it go until the end of the first 30 days and see.
