Day 20

Let me start by saying I am sorry that I haven't written in a few days.  Let's get back on track and let me give you a sense for what is going on.  I have a second interview on Tuesday!!! Yeah!!! Wish me luck. 

Emily had a great Halloween, but Danny and Josh were both a little sick.  I had to keep Josh home yesterday, but he is much better.  It is has been great since the great halloween binge and I lost the 1/2 pound and then some.  The net result has been that I LOST TWO WHOLE POUNDS SINCE THEN, EAT YOUR HEART OUT JENNY CRAIG.  I weighed in this morning at 185.5 lbs, down from my starting weight of 193.  I have lost 7.5 lbs in under 3 weeks.  I guess this isn't a quick weight loss program, but it is really working.

I am little sick of the same rice cakes and a few of the other basic snacks, but I have got the basics down and I am going to Krogers to get better snacks soon.  I think reduced fat cheese zits will do.  I have really had to work this week to stay at my calorie limit of 1600, I think I am going to increase it to 1750 to give myself a little wiggle room.

Here is my revelation for today, I got a nice ecard and some good advice from my diet coach, Di, and I got some good feedback on my food diary from Barry.  They have constantly been giving me encouragement and support and motivation, I really think it is a good one-touch process!!  Nicky was right on this one, she kept on me to get on the program to get the help I needed.  One is really straight forward and provides the no frills approach to keep me on track and the other gives me constant motivation.  Based on my results, I think that I can really recommend them to you but you need to check them out yourself.  www.thedietsmartplan.com
