It is Sunday and I go to work tomorrow.  I am in a size 12, I have lost a total of 11 lbs. and I am the lightest I have been in at least 5 years.  I weighed in today at 182.  I am more self confident and more aware of how my presense impacts others.  In the past I would fall back into the background, but I am sure that my weight loss and my ability to present myself worked hand-in-hand.  Now that I got the job, the question for the week is can I survive?
