Day 46, that is hard to believe. I am really getting tired of the diet type foods, I think I need to branch out more to the modified category for a while to keep sane. I also need some variety, the rice cakes this week have been rough.
The good news is that I am back to 181, the weight before my Thanksgiving trip to the inlaws. I have also feel much better in my size 12's, so I am happy, but the drudgery is getting to me bad. Enough of the turkey leftover sandwiches, enough of the pickles, and if I see another vegetable, I am going to scream.
