Day 105- 25.5 lbs. lost

ok, bacon and eggs for breakfast. yesterday I had outback for dinner.  Sounds like I am not a diet, WRONG! the great thing that I really like is that is just a few simple choices everyday and not being silly.  Mainly, I quit listening to the other hype from other diets and other weight loss products.  It was common sense mixed in a great package. 


Another  1/2 lb. today, I am really on a roll! oh, last night I had the 9 oz. sirloin steamed vegetables and a small salad.  Skipped the bread and appetizers, so I made it fit into my plan.  By the way, another beauty of the diet smart plan is that when you lose enough weight, it is really easy to fit under your daily calorie counts, I can't eat up to my calorie limit and when I do, well, I still lose weight.
