eDiets Week 2 Day 5 - I Made it again!
Here it is the end of the work week for the second week of my ediets program and I have exceeded the program's expected weight loss again! My target weight for this week was 178lbs and by Friday I was 177.75 before my workout and 177.25 afterwards! Considering that I started out at 182 when I signed up two weeks ago, but really jumped up to 183 over the weekend before I started, I am pretty pleased. Losing 4-5 pounds of real weight (not just water weight) in two weeks is great! Next week I need to lose another two pounds and get to 176. The highlights of the diet thus far have been that I have been eating healthier dinner meals, eating out less, saving money, and I feel good that I am improving my life. This weekend may be challenging as my girlfriend is out of town, I will be cooking solely for myself without the workday to keep me busy and my mind off of food, and I have a barbeque with friends to attend. Moderation and planning will be the key to staying on the boat so I don't start in a hole on Monday.
