eDiets Day 3

Day three and I am still diligently on my ediet plan.  I missed my lunch workout because of a business meeting and was really dragging and hungry at the end of the day, but found the will power to go workout anyway.  It's a good thing I did because while I started a little slow, once I got going the workout turned out to be great.  At the end of the workout I hit my week weight goal of 180lbs (down 2-3 pounds already). 

eDiets Day 2

I made it through my first dinner that was from the ediets menu.  I went with the same dish that was suggested for my girlfriend (grilled chicken breast, snap peas, and rice), but had a slightly larger portion.  The meal suggestion was actually really good.  In preparation for our dinner and the next couple of weeks, my girlfriend and I went grocery shopping using the ediets grocery list.  I work in finance, so I watch my spending very closely and was a little worried that the suggestions might make my grocery bill much higher. 

Diet Day 1

My "get back in shape" campaign has officially begun.  Today I started on the ediets plan.  My reason for choosing ediets was so that I would not have to buy special food from a specific company (i.e. Slim Fast), but I could pick and choose a combination of my personal favorite attributes of different diets.  Also, my girlfriend can do the diet with me but we can customize it to fit each of our needs without too much pain.  Ediets is great for people that just need to have a little focus put on making good choices.  The diet provides meal suggestions for every meal of the day based on your specific dietary needs.
